Cameron Roberts is the editor of COVER Magazine, a leading publication for protection and health professionals. In his decade-long career in journalism, Cameron has occupied numerous editorial roles, writing about financial services, the events sector, oil and gas, information services, automation, robotics and travel. In his role as editor, Cameron focuses on how the protection industry is evolving, looking at new products, rising stars in protection, DEI, sustainability and customer care.

Steve Bryan
Director of Distribution and Marketing, The Exeter
Steve is a member of the Main and Executive Boards and assumes responsibility for the distribution and marketing teams.
Prior to joining The Exeter, Steve had a distinguished 20-year tenure with Legal & General. His last role saw him head up the Intermediary division for Legal & General Insurance in both the protection and general insurance markets.
Steve is an avid Leeds United supporter and spends much of his time supporting the activities of his wife and daughter.

Stephanie Charman
Chief Executive, Association of Mortgage Intermediaries
Stephanie joined Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) as Chief Executive in February 2025 having held previous roles within key distributors, spanning across 27 years. Most recently Group Partnerships & Propositions Director at Sesame Bankhall Group and previously specialist distributor Positive Lending as Director of Mortgages and mortgage network Mortgage Intelligence as Head of Mortgages & Insurance.
Throughout her career working across the intermediary sector, Stephanie has been a passionate promoter of the need for, and value of, advice.

Claire Nolan
Head of Claims and Underwriting, UK&I Swiss Re
Having started her career in Dublin, Claire has over 20 years' experience in various technical and leadership roles covering Europe, Africa and Australia. She joined Swiss Re in 2011 and is currently Head of Underwriting and Claims for the UK & Ireland. Claire believes strongly in the value of insurance and is proud to lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals all striving to make insurance more accessible to more people.
