Catherine Rutland is Head of Professional Support Services at Simplyhealth Professionals. Her team provides assistance to member dentists who use Denplan payment plans for their patients, helping to support them with all aspects of running their practices successfully, with particular focus on providing advice and support during clinical disputes and times of professional risk. Catherine is a qualified dentist and co-owns a practice in Berkshire which offers Denplan Products. She also has a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law.

Lynne Florek is Employee Benefits Manager at F&L Financial Services Ltd. Lynne has worked within the Financial Services industry for more than 25 years, initially in the banking sector and since 2002 in Employee Benefits. Lynne works closely with Employers (HR and Finance Directors) and provides day to day support to employees. She assists employers to implement a competitive, cost effective Benefit Program with a view that they can attract and retain suitable employees.
Maxine Thompson is part of the Benefits Team at Clyde & Co. LLP, and manages the benefits in the UK, with some international responsibility. Maxine has been an integral part of the Benefits team since joining Clyde & Co LLP over 25 years ago, and has extensive knowledge of the Benefits market. Maxine's role at Clyde & Co LLP encompasses negotiations and day-to-day contact with benefit providers, confidential advice to employees and benefit administration. Maxine has a Masters in Human Resources.
