Andy has worked within the financial services arena for many years and has over 20 years’ experience in distribution focused roles. Spending most of his career at Aegon, Andy has held roles such as National Sales Director and Head of Origen Workplace Solutions. He then moved to Pantheon Financial as their Group Director for Business Development before joining Holloway Friendly, as Head of Distribution. He has recently taken on a new role of Sales and Marketing Director. In his spare time Andy likes skiing, mountain biking, rugby and spending time with his wife Debi and his two teenage children.

Iona Bain is the financial industry's foremost commentator on young people. She established her award-winning and influential blog, Young Money, in 2011 and wrote her first book, Spare Change, in 2016. She appears at industry events throughout the year, speaks regularly on TV and radio and has written for almost every national newspaper and website on the subject of young personal finance. She is an ambassador for the Insuring Women's Futures campaign and was named Freelancer of the Year for 2018 by IPSE, the leading trade association for the self-employed.

Kathryn is a national multi-award winning insurance adviser, providing protection insurance advice to people with pre-existing health conditions and other special risks. Kathryn built her company with her husband, specifically to help people that have medical conditions to access insurance, something that she herself struggled with. Kathryn openly talks about having had agoraphobia, anxiety issues, hypermobility syndrome, tachycardia and an underactive thyroid. Kathryn is known for producing educational videos for the insurance industry, charities and general public, detailing insurances available for people with medical conditions, and how the sector as a whole needs to become more empathetic.
